We have had rain, snow and frost and are into full winter fishing conditions. Most people bagging up on both waters with plenty of "Doubles" coming out of Lechlade, including Brownies, and very good sized fish being caught on Bushyleaze. Water clarity is exceptional on both waters so great for stalking.

We wish you all a very Happy New Year and Tight Lines for 2012.

We are now running fly tying evenings at 7pm on the first Wednesday of every month, in the Corporate room at Lechlade. If you are interested in joining in these very informal evenings please give Rob a call or email him - rob@lechladetrout.co.uk

  • Damsels, Montanas and Buzzers are still the order of the day but small lures will still attract fish.

Crystal clear water. Try fishing Dry Daddies or sedges. PTN's and buzzers are working well.
